Bounding - everything and nothing

I was recently reminded when reading my reflections on dialogic epistemology that the question of, How to bound my practice? is been an everygreen concern.

There seem to be two interrelated concerns:

  1. When everything is dialogic, dialogic art becomes 'nothing'- unless it's distinguished in some way. So, there are these ongoing questions about the characteristics of a dialogic approach.
  2. There also the issue of reflexivity...which seems to be the loadstone of dialogic art. But reflexivity how? Why? This seems connected to appropriateness.
