February 4, 2009 - paraphrased from ICA announcements

Clay Shirky, author of Here Comes Everybody, returns to update his thesis on internet collaboration in the light of the last year and 'the Obama effect'. We are now seeing masses of people engage in both spontaneous and planned generosity online. But how and why have we started doing this?

The use of camera phones and recording equipment during talks and events in the Feedback series is encouraged. Snap it, video it, blog it and then share it with us.
