Minutes

DATE Saturday 13th June 2015
LOCATION Courtside, 4pm

THOSE PRESENT:Marsha, Kuba, Cinzia
APOLOGIES:
MINUTE Taker:Cinzia/Kuba (summary of ideas discussed)

Item 1: initial discussion on confirmed stallholders in relation to the budget.

To discuss: existing invited confirmed stalls and identify gaps
Discussed: hard to follow what has been confirmed and what has not. Can confirmation page be trusted? We should use the budget. we should work on the basis of what is on the confirmation page. Comparing the two:we need to check with Claire who has already received the money. We'll check on Tue at the meeting. Unknown: Sissu, Neil (his fee to currency; what else?) and Claire. stallholders are being offered £200 becuse they also need cash to buy materials. £12000 fees for people. £6000 claimed by CPers; ££5000 for stallholders invited; £1000 for open call. Eva and Cinzia get half fee, and Cinzia's budget for stall holders goes towards the differentiation. Tot. for differentiation: £1150. We are pop ups still planned. It's in progress.
Action: put into Tue agenda: 1.check money claimed 2. everybody to confirm stalls
Action: Kuba and Marsha update the budget and try to make sense of what is confirmed
